This was my first time to Vision Kia to address a recall on my late model Borrego. The staff was professional and courteous. I took my car to this dealership because I was visiting a friend in Rochester (I’m from DC) and my car got stolen, and once it was recovered I took it to this dealership to get repaired. They were horrible t friend in Rochester (I’m from DC) and my car got stolen, and once it was recovered I took it to this dealership to get repaired. They were horrible to deal with- very uncommunicative, I was unable to reach them by phone and they didn’t respond to my voicemail and barely responded to my texts. At one point I was able to get them on the phone and they had no idea if they had my car at all, told me I’d need to come in person to pay the deposit and sign insurance forms that I had already done when I brought my car to them initially. Because I don’t live in Rochester, I had a friend go in person to verify that they even had my car, which they did, but hadn’t started working on it. For the next few weeks after that, I heard nothing from them except for when I badgered them to give me any sort of timeline of when they would start working on my car or how long it would take to repair (they never gave me a timeline but did tell me they had started working on it). Additionally, insurance had to submit an updated claim because they missed a few things on the initial claim, but the dealership was unresponsive/did not acknowledge receiving the updated claim so those issues with my car are still not fixed. All around a horrible experience, on top of the horrible experience of getting my car stolen. More
