Tried to upsell me on products. Wanted an oil and filter change and tire rotation It seemed to me that was not their priority. Wished to have loose molding around window (clip) and told needed to order a whole new set. Told it was under warranty don't know if labor would be added. Need to see if your charges are in line with procedures. Checked youtube in changing filters that were recommended. On par with changing a light bulb. Retail cost ( which I am sure you are not charged) around $25. Being in business at one time myself I do not begrudge people making a living but don't be overly greedy when info is so available. More
