Came in 4-5-24 for oil change then 2400 miles later I have no oil in car causing check engine light to come on. Took it to dealership 5-1-24 they said no leaks only 1.5 quarts low which I put one in one have no oil in car causing check engine light to come on. Took it to dealership 5-1-24 they said no leaks only 1.5 quarts low which I put one in one way so that’s 2.5 quarts low in 2400 miles. Why? Was told warranty was done after paying extra $2500 for extended warranty. Was trying to find out about warranty to be told old owners have information they don’t have it in the new owners system. So now the timing balance is off waiting for management to call. Just want them to make it right fix issue after their mess up at no cost to me. More

This transaction went very smooth until it was time to sign the paperwork. In typical car dealer style when I saw the almost final paperwork I asked what the $190 charge was. The salesman then realized I was not happy and said I didn't need to take those extras and came back with the bill without the $190 charge. When we went to fill out final paperwork a man came in and interupted the woman taking care of us and said throw something in for us. The thing cost $3500 extra!! It's a good thing this dealer is so far away from us because I would never go back. Salesman was excellent!! More

I purchased my 2018 Sedona from them with zero hassle and most recently brought in my older Sedona for some repair work and they got it done quickly I purchased my 2018 Sedona from them with zero hassle and most recently brought in my older Sedona for some repair work and they got it done quickly and for less than I had expected. A great experience and I highly recommend them. Admittedly, it's tough to get someone on the phone and to get a direct response to voicemail left, The hold music is incredibly atrocious and must be replaced (seriously, what were they thinking?). Regardless, keep at it and call at different times during the day. It's well worth it! More
