I brought my car in to be inspected for my registration renewal. The cost was $21.00. The service representative came to me and said my car passed inspection, but I needed new windshield wipers and the cos renewal. The cost was $21.00. The service representative came to me and said my car passed inspection, but I needed new windshield wipers and the cost would be $48. I had to have the new wipers put on before I could get my sticker for inspection. I had used my wipers that morning with no problem as it was raining when I took my car in. I felt the representative was lying so I asked him to give me the wipers from my car, he gave me one long wiper and one short one, of which were never on my car. My car has 12,000 miles it's a 2021, with nothing wrong with it, this guy lied for 48.00. More
I will never bring my Sentra here for servicing again and neither will I ever l purchase a vehicle here. I knew that was bs so I took it to my gf's mechanics. They ran a reprogram and everything worked perfectly. $50. How do they sleep at night? More

I was extremely dissatified with my encounter at this dealership on May 31. My car was in for service (which was excellent) when I thought I would get information about purchasing my car, since the leas dealership on May 31. My car was in for service (which was excellent) when I thought I would get information about purchasing my car, since the lease was up. I spoke with a salesman who started the process. I waited over 45 minutes while paperwork was being reviewed, during which time I was left alone and not informed of what was going on. I had to leave for other commitments and was chased outside by the salesman, who asked for just "5 more minutes". I returned to the showroom and waited another 15 minutes, during which time no one spoke to me! I left for good. On my way home, 5 minutes later, I received a threatening call from Tyler C, the finance manager, telling me that I was driving my car illegally and that I no longer owned it because I supposedly signed papers giving it over to Nissan, which I did not. Then I received another phone call from the general manager, Joe M also threatening me and demanding that I return to the dealership. I was not able to at that time, but did return the next day. My treatment by Tyler and Joe was demeaning and harassing. I have since reported this incident to Nissan Corporate. Needless to say, I will be taking my service needs elsewhere. More
