I came in for an inspection and I told the service guy that I had a false code that would prevent me from completing the inspection. He told me that service to a battery would give a false code and he was that I had a false code that would prevent me from completing the inspection. He told me that service to a battery would give a false code and he was right because I did have my battery serviced. There are two things with service, one I was never informed if they checked to see if the code cleared and second the items that were noted, that would’ve cost me over $1200 are not items that prevent an inspection. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. It was verified that my battery did not hold a charge. How sad to buy a 2024 car and the quality of the battery is so poor a new one was needed that in 8 months a replacement was needed. Shame on Nissan. More
Brought my Nissan in for some work and an inspection, had no problems. Brought in my second car and it was a nightmare. Quoted us $2,200 then jumped up to $4,600. Pricing was all over the place. This is the third or fourth time I've had them work on my vehicles. Last time the service wasn't stellar but I figured I'd give a them a second chance. I can tell you I won't make the same mistake twice. Such a shame, as the manager is great, however, the employees could use some training. I felt taken advantage of and the explanations I received were very confusing. More
