Service was fine. Job was completed. Problem was I have only one car and they were not allowed to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I had to wait all day unti Job was completed. I don’t blame the dealership for that. I blame Lisa for not getting it done. In fact, my wife and I were so upset that we were thinking about not even take getting another Nissan the next time if we had to go through that I have purchased other designs elsewhere, and never had a problem about getting home if they had to take my car. I came in for an inspection and I told the service guy that I had a false code that would prevent me from completing the inspection. He told me that service to a battery would give a false code and he was that I had a false code that would prevent me from completing the inspection. He told me that service to a battery would give a false code and he was right because I did have my battery serviced. There are two things with service, one I was never informed if they checked to see if the code cleared and second the items that were noted, that would’ve cost me over $1200 are not items that prevent an inspection.
