Brian at Viti, Tiverton is amazing. I was visiting relatives in RI from NH when my car broke down and was towed to Viti. Brian was so helpful and understanding of my problem. He helped to get my car repaired and on the road in no time. Plus the car was delivered to me and I didn’t have to bother anyone to drive me from South Kingstown to Tiverton. I’e had Volvo’s since 1980 and always had good service but never as exceptional as Viti. If I didn’t live so far away I would definitely be going to them for service and my next Volvo. I highly recommend them. More

Professional, responsive, friendly, technically outstanding in diagnostics for troubleshooting issues, and Wilson called us with updates as our car was being serviced. Everything went as expected. My only gripe is the radio station was changed by a VITI driver. If you don't like what the customer listens to on their radio turn it off. I am giving Viti service manager Greg Flynn a 5 star I am giving Viti service manager Greg Flynn a 5 star rating for his ability to lie,decieve,commit fraud against me and other customers who expect th I am giving Viti service manager Greg Flynn a 5 star rating for his ability to lie,decieve,commit fraud against me and other customers who expect the same professional experience they expect as they do performance from their Volvo product they bought. Not only have I experienced it but have heard it from Viti's own mechanics who are tired of the lies being told to costumers by the service manager. When they tell you there's a two year parts and labor warranty on the work done they will never honor it especially when they know they have done the job poorly and are at fault. At this point they want you to go away and go away I did as a costumer but I am far from going away as a disgruntled costumer. I am slowly learning about this auto dealerships service reputation through discussions with others I wish I had known before bringing my car here for service versus from the Volvo dealership I purchased it from do to it's distance from my house. In the ended in a heated phone conversation I told Greg this is fraud and that was his opening to say we refuse to work on this car give us back our loaner back. I called Tasca Volvo they would not work on a car after Viti worked on it but as any great dealership would do try their best to make a bad situation better and offered me a very generous amount to purchase the car and sold me a beautiful S60 and turned this ugly situation a bit better. One question to Greg is ok maybe I just got a bad engine but what are the chances you have 2 cars in your shop at the same time with the same problem worked on by the same machanic? This was your time to do the right thing and you failed miserably and continued being the Big Bully hiding in Big Daddy's pockets. Greed will ruin any mans reputation. You got me to go away but Viti Volvo reputation took a much bigger hit for it. May God Bless you. I would just like to add I went to Tasca Volvo after the car was towed there to retrieve my belongings from the car only to fine the engine was not put back and most of the parts were in a large cardboard box in the back seat with a much larger piece in the trunk. This I viewed as a tremendous show of spite from the service manager Greg Flynn after our phone conversation. This was just more proof of his pettiness and unprofessional behavior in handling this issue. Not even a tire shop would stoop so low as to not put the engine parts back together. This is a Volvo Dealership not a roadside service station Viti's Volvo of Tiverton's service manager Greg Flynn could use a few days off to take a workshop course in good character and integrity or how to be a better con man. Improving your bottom line at the cost of ruining your reputation maybe it's worth it to you. More
