He is one of the best sales associates i have ever worked with, since i got to the dealership Adrian took care of everything he even went the extra mile to help me with my budget and we worked a deal faster than i had expected. When it was time to go to the financing department they had three sales to go before me and they even stayed way after hours to make sure i did not have to return the next day. The whole time Mr. Adrian was helpful, even finding another rep to figure out the best way to fit our car seat into the prospective Jeep (xxxxxxfor asking for help and xxxxxxfor Lithia for encouraging it). When it came time for financing, Mr. Kat Martinez got us a better deal than our pre-approval and patiently explained the differences between the extended warrenties (a must for me, they have paid for themselves in previous behicles. I went into Lithia with the purpose of trading in my gas guzzler. I was greeted by David and told him my situation. I was upside down in my vehicle and the AC wasn't working. My heart sunk into my stomach and I immediately thought "I'm screwed". David and Vince worked really hard to get me the best price for my trade and found me a great rebate.
