Originally I had submitted a complaint however Danny Avalos, GM, and Jesús Cortez were excellent in taking care of my needs. They went above and beyond in making sure I left happy. People like this that work at dealerships are the ones that give all dealerships bad reps. Andrew Arrellano and Margarita Holgun seemed to be wholesome, helpful, trustworthy people. They were very helpful at first saying all the right things, staying in communication, trying their best to make a sale. Everything was aligned my husband and I were going to fly out to finalize the sale. The day before we were going to fly out they call my husband and told him the car was sold. Andrew Arrellano had the audacity to call my husband and tell him that the other person offered more money so they decided to go with him. After Andrew had said, that we would get first “dibs”, because he had been working with us first. It shows what kind of person he is. No value to his word, dishonest, conniving, two-faced. It’s sad to have people like this in this world. Andrews excuse was that it was out of his hands. After he gave his “word”. Making himself look like a puppet with someone else making him talk. I don’t expect a puppet to know what honesty means. Truly disappointed. More

My elderly parents purchased a vehicle from these clowns four months ago, and they still haven’t been able to get my parents the plates for their vehicle. Do note, the temporary tag has since expired. My parents have gone back numerous times, and have been told the vehicle did not pass inspection, and therefore can not be registered. Anybody who has purchased a new or used vehicle knows this is the dealership’s responsibility and they charge for the service in the contract. My parents have had to pay out of pocket to get the vehicle up to standard because Viva Nissan and their worthless staff neglected to do their job. Do not support this establishment, and definitely do not recommend anybody to them. Pathetic to see how these dirty rats treat the senior citizens in their community….! More
Disappointed, with Andrew Arrellano The sales manager and Margarita Holigun. I was Interested in purchasing a vehicle, first tried to find a Credit union local in CA to finance and out of state a Vehicle and Margarita Holigun. I was Interested in purchasing a vehicle, first tried to find a Credit union local in CA to finance and out of state a Vehicle, and Margarita tried to find a finance company to finance me since I was in CA, she was very helpful. She Sent images and videos so close a deal. We couldn't find a mutual ground on Finance and I was going to pay VIVA NISSAN cash with a cashiers check, Sold my car and money I saved, to just refinance the vehicle once I came back to CA . Andrew Arrellano changed from a Deposit of $500 to a deposit of $5000 non refundable. Knowing I would be coming from CA, asked him the info for the deposit at 10:04am on 5/20/20 went initially they were suppose to take on deposit on the 19th, and at 10:51am on 5/20/20 Margarita call me and said the vehicle was sold. Andrew doesn't keep his word. Poor customer service by him. From looking to purchase a vehicle. to looking for a flight , a hotel and taking the days off Monday and tuesday off from work toselling my car this was an awful experience from Andrew. More
From the very beginning of my purchase i had nothing but bad experience. Took 4 months to get my license plate due to them having issues on getting the title. I was very patience with every one that i dealt with and would only call to get an update about this issue. Due to them telling me that they would have an answer on a certain day but wouldn't call me, so i would call them. I stopped calling after manager Daniel hung up on me as soon as i said who i was and stop answering my calls. I just didn't want to keep dealing with having to keep calling them. Almost 4 months later after purchasing a $43,000 vehicle with only 28,000 miles. I had to take it to the shop due to having all the shocks and struts blown. A maintenance that i had never have to do on a vehicle with that many miles and just 4 months after the purchase. And to make it short of course the dealer didn't want to help me out and said it was my responsibility. And blame me about this issue. More
I purchased a vehicle at this place viva Nissan on the last day of October of 2022 the sales person Alejandro Sanchez and the manager Andrew did a excellent job, but 2 months later I can't get my lic last day of October of 2022 the sales person Alejandro Sanchez and the manager Andrew did a excellent job, but 2 months later I can't get my license plates because when I signed the contract the finance department employee Alejandro bustillos he didn't add the taxes in the summary in the contract, the bank financing the vehicle never catch the big mistake on the contract and everything went through. On January 2nd 2023 they notified me that I needed to pay the taxes on the purchase that it was my responsibility and I told the gm that I was my responsibility at the time of signing the contract not 2 months later. He offered to make 2 payments to come up to about 1100 dlls and I told him that they need to fix their mistake, I asked him if they can do something because it was their mistake. He told me that they don't have to help me since it was my problem and if I don't pay the taxes he will not register my vehicle and I will not get license plates, my plates expired on dec the 30th, I leave the dealer and today I went to the bank and make arrangements. Is not about the money is about the time that I spend talking to the bank and taking my truck to state inspection and get a month permit at the dmv. More

I purchased a vehicle on Friday. Was told it was the base model but it had eco mode, lane departure and Apple CarPlay. I agreed and on Tuesday they did not contact me I til I sent a message to Marcos (the sales rep) he said it would be ready after 4pm. I texted at 4:30 to say we were on our way and he asked for one more hour. When I arrived the car wasn’t ready and he said it wouldn’t be until Wednesday and that he would even deliver it for the inconvenience. On Wednesday I didn’t hear from him and texted to see if I was getting the car. He said they needed two more hours cause it needed to be washed. But I hd to leave home to go work. He never responded back so I called the dealership to say I didn’t want the car since they kept giving me the run around. They coerced me into going to get to t by saying I had signed papers and that they would give a 1k check for the inconvenience. When my husband finally picked up the car and drove off he realized the features promised we’re not equipped and I called back to ask for them to fix the problem. They said there was nothing they could do even though 2 of their employees agreed that the car should at least have one of the features promised. Very disappointed with the service and I will make sure everyone I know hears from this so they’ll never go to this dealership! More
