I bought a used Toyota RAV4 from this dealership in June 2022. The car is acceptable, although I paid a premium price for it since there was a shortage of used cars due to the pandemic. The problem I’ve had is they have not yet sent me the permanent plates or title and it’s been 7 months since I bought it. I live in Texas and that’s where they are supposed to register it. I keep getting the runaround about why they haven’t accomplished this. According to the latest excuse, the person doing the registrations did it wrong, then they hired a 3rd party company to do it, then the Texas DMV rejected it because the inspection was more than 90 days ago. I’m having to hire an attorney. I really want to just bring the car back and have my money refunded since I’m tired of dealing with them. The manager is useless. I’ve called the Toyota corporate office and filed a complaint, all they did was refer me to the manager. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Definitely stay away from them!! More
Disappointed with Service Department because of their service, professionalism & lack of customer service & not sure the service order was done. Please tell me exactly what “supplies” and “Env Fee” is related to an alignment… my alignment was quoted at $179.95 (labor with no parts). When I picked up car, I was charged an extra $19.95 for these afor related to an alignment… my alignment was quoted at $179.95 (labor with no parts). I would like to personally thank Christina for going above and beyond when helping my mom get her licenses plate. I am not sure where things went sideways in the process but, Christina took the time to above and beyond when helping my mom get her licenses plate. I am not sure where things went sideways in the process but, Christina took the time to make sure things were straightened out and she personally made it a point to make sure we got the plates ASAP and they were put on Mom's vehicle. The staff here is always customer service focused. They're very professional and personable without acting like robots.
