Used car nightmare I am not one to complain, but this was a horrible experience. I bought a used 2013 Kia Optima.. I test drove it and nothing was wrong. I pulled the air filter out the passengers side and it was black, full of dirty, and smelled like fish.. now, once I discovered the issue I told the salesman SAMURAI “ this needs to be replaced”. He agreed. He also lied and told me that the recall on the vehicle was for airbags not the long engine block. Once they took the car back for detailing and washing I did not get check the filter, because I got it in writing that I would be done, however no one did the job. Now I take the vehicle back to El Paso and the fuel drops from FULL to EMPTY, now I know the tank was full and there was no leak, there is something wrong with the fuel pump. So I was debating on coming back to Las cruces or just fixing the car myself.. Within 5 minutes of me making this decision the check engine light comes on and now I am forced to bring the car back, because I cannot get the car to pass state inspection with the check engine light on. Summary. Two lies directly to my face Major fault, check engine light came on SUBPAR DETAILING. SUBPAR STAFF. All this within 24 hrs and 100miles Any military who comes here I do not recommend buying here. More

We had a great experience! I was impressed with our salesman, Anthony Villa---his knowledge of the 2018 Highlander, along with his friendliness and no pressure attitude. Also, when I called him with a question, he readily returned my call with an answer. He was extremely helpful. And, the whole process took about 3 hours which was nice, because we had anticipated an all day experience. We will highly recommend Vescovo to our friends and family. More

Found they were leasing those vehicles and had the amount down and the monthly payment (minus TTL). Made an inquiry with their internet salesman. Turns out their finance department cannot figure out how to get the payment that low. Their proposed payment is $180/month more than what the website still states to this day. Very sneaky business practices. Multiple emails about we want your business. Right they do, on their shady terms. More

Truly Honest People That Bend Over Backwards To Make A Deal We traveled from El Paso to Las Cruces in our 2014 Toyota Tundra Limited to shop Vescovo's inventory of new Highlanders. After test driving a Highlan We traveled from El Paso to Las Cruces in our 2014 Toyota Tundra Limited to shop Vescovo's inventory of new Highlanders. After test driving a Highlander (we didn't like the seat comfort) and finding out the Tundra will have a facelift redesign in2018, we elected not to buy now but wait. Turns out the dealer loved our Tundra Limited and bought it from us on the spot, no strings attached (no demand for trade-in for new vehicle in order for them to buy it). The next day, we returned to Vescovo when they advertised a 2004 Honda Pilot on their website (someone traded it in for a Toyota). We loved the car but said we'd only buy it if a wheel bearing was repaired, oil was changed, new tires were put on, and it was detailed. No problem -- they sliced the price and returned the Pilot to showroom condition. Super friendly staff throughout the dealership, committed to 5-star customer service and satisfaction. Will be back there in 2018 to buy a new Tundra! More
