I live in El Paso, TX and contacted Vescovo Toyota in Las Cruces, NM; along with numerous other dealers from Dallas to Phoenix. Some got back to me and some did not. Dessirae and Jaime at Vescovo stayed in touch with me for about two months until they found exactly what I was looking for. After some very pleasant negotiating, we agreed upon a price for the vehicle. When the truck arrived at Vescovo Toyota, they immediately let me know. The actual buying experience was a surprise: Ryan greeted my wife and me and immediately began going over every detail of the truck; inside and out (super knowledgeable guy). Then came the dreaded finance person, Raenee. She had the paperwork ready, we made a minor adjustment, and we were done. No hassles, no "but you need to buy or add or..." stuff. Lied to me. Made appt. to get brakes and rotors fixed. Told me they had to order rear brakes. When I picked it up they informed me they did not do the rear brakes because the shoes had not come in yet. I was very angry at this point. If I had been told when i arrived for my appt. that they did not have the rear shoes I would have not let them do anything to my car and left. I feel like they knew this. More

Worst customer service EVER!!! This dealership does not care about satisfying the customer. They care about only making a dollar. VESCOVO tried to charge me $99.00 for a service that they knew good and well would be corrected by a recall service they were going to perform. They turned down my claim for a faulty dashboard due to it not having a crack where they wanted it. They were beyond rude when I brought this up and said they contacted the regional manager about me and that he would take their side regardless. It's a shame I cannot leave a negative amount of stars. This dealer is the worst in the country. All this after I have personally been responsible for bringing in customers who purchased 4 brand new Toyota vehicles. Never again!!! We will buy another brand More

Throughout the whole shopping process he helped my family find what we were looking for and helped us to the best of his ability. His work ethic was extremely impressive, and it was obvious he had a job in which he loved to do: working with people and helping them. He was so friendly and helpful that he made the whole long paper work process go by quick. To this day we still keep in touch and asks how our family is doing as he is considered a new family member since our Toyota purchase. No one ever called to keep us informed, we had to call to get information and nothing was ever on time. Service: made an online appointment and showed up and they said they never received the notice that an appointment was made, then they tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Parts: ordered a key and paid for it, ten days later no phone call or notice of any kind. I finally called in and after I was told parts was "busy", I held for ten minutes and was then told that it would be a few more days until the key would be in. Thanks for the lousy service Vescovo.
