Carlos, Aldo, and their internet director are masters of bait and switch. Will set your appointment for their lease specials and then tell you we sold the vehicle at 10PM last night. They advertised availability for the ID4 S when inventory was showing. And still showing the Pro. More than one option were available at 6PM. There was no attempt to of the dealership to call and cancel our appointment. We drove 78 miles in the morning only for them to ask if we're interested in a different option. More
