The whole dealership is incredibly friendly. I have been to plenty of dealers over the years and I am just really impressed with this one. Service tried all kinds of tests but they could not get the lights to go The oil light and EPC light came on so took my 2015 Jetta to VW Clarksburg. Service tried all kinds of tests but they could not get the lights to go off. They called Volkswagen itself and they decided there was a glitch in the computer so did an update and the lights went off. It was a mystery to solve which they did luckily. It was time consuming as we got there at 9:00a.m. and left at 12:30p.m.. However the gentleman kept coming to us and explaining what they were going to do next. That communication was very much appreciated while waiting. We have no complaints. More
