Volkswagen North Scottsdale (VNS) is your stereotypical dealership, where they lie to you to simply make a sale. I bought a used vehicle from them and of course they added all the additional charges that t dealership, where they lie to you to simply make a sale. I bought a used vehicle from them and of course they added all the additional charges that they hope you will notice. I was able to get one of the charges removed, but their "Paint Protection" i left because it made sense... Well, it would have made sense if they actually honored the protection. My vehicle got damaged, and they (VNS) do not cover it they send you to another company to deal with it, but that company doesn't even physically inspect the paint damage and simply tell you they will not cover it. I have tried multiple times over weeks to contact VNS, but they keep dodging me. They are a bunch of snakes, and completely dishonest group. Check everything you are being charged for and dont let them sneak anything in there, because it is a scam. More
