Came in to test drive an Pro model of the ID.4. Most dealers around me only had the "xxxxxxquot; model as demos. Eric, the Internet Sales Manager, took us on the test drive. Larry the GM came out and introduced himself. I have a lot of cars of the last 20 years and this is the first time the GM actually came out to say hi. We ended up putting a deposit down on a White ID.4 Pro. Was told would be late Oct. A little over a month out. Got a call a week later saying it was delivered to the dealership. Great sales experience. I would recommend Eric Watson if you are looking for a VW. I live in the West Valley but in the future I will continue to drive over to Scottsdale because of the low pressure sales at this location More

I can in for new tires and a complete detail and they said they would fill up my tank when I brought it in next since when I bought my car it was too late and the service people were not there.
