This is then 2nd time we had the pleasure of dealing with VW North Scottsdale. We got an awesome deal on both our purchase and trade in. Our original contact was Tukk and when we showed up unannounced, Tukk was in the middle of something else and introduced us to Bruce, who graciously showed us as many cars as we wanted to look at in the 107 degree heat. While we were signing papers, Bruce made sure the car was spotless clean even after it came back from it's bath, made sure we understood how everything worked, answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. I spent 2 months searching for the best deal on the car I wanted. I first went to Chapman VW to find a new car and they treated me poorly, offered me $800 for my trade-in, and said I would not qualify for fi wanted. I first went to Chapman VW to find a new car and they treated me poorly, offered me $800 for my trade-in, and said I would not qualify for financing below 11.4% interest. I also went to Camelback VW and they did a little better but neither of the 2 dealerships even came close to what Bruce at North Scottsdale VW offered me. He gave me the price I wanted, offered $3,000 for my trade (that's $2200 more than what chapman offered me) and he got me financed at 2.9%. I quickly realized that the others were completely ripping me off. Bruce gave me a deal that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. I am unbelievably happy with my new car. I would say you're crazy if you go anywhere else. It was the easiest car buying I've ever experienced. I only wish I had gone there first! I would have saved myself a lot of time and a lot of pain.
