She then went to North Scottsdale Volkswagen and met David Bonanno. He helped us find a reasonable lease and provided excellent service. I was working by phone from Michigan and felt very confident working with him. He provided different options to fit our specific needs. Repairs are a little on the expensive side. Batteries, especially, are very expensive. David Bonanno listened to what we wanted and assisted us in making a purchase that was right for us. The first dealership we visited when we began our search for an SUV to replace our totaled Jeep Grand Ch in making a purchase that was right for us. We visited several other dealerships and drove probably 20 SUV's. We returned to Volkswagen North Scottsdale and purchased a Touareg AND a Beetle. Throughout this few week decision process, David followed-up with us, but was never pushy. He made it clear he was there to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about Volkswagens. He let us take as many test drives as we wanted and even offered to let us take a Touareg home. He was respectful of our time and answered all of our questions. He was flexible with his time and did what he could to accommodate our schedule. David let us know from the beginning that we were a valued customer! We LOVE our Tourage and our Beetle. The process of buying a car is often not much fun. That was not our experience with David Bonanno or his colleagues at VW of North Scottsdale. David is an engaging guy with a low pressure style. sales staff i would rate excellent. i was disappointed in service dept. my new vw cc was not properly serviced for pick up. lojak was not installed correctly. i had to call sales dept. and speak with warre service dept. my new vw cc was not properly serviced for pick up. lojak was not installed correctly. i had to call sales dept. and speak with warren and jim to get help. jim arranged apppointment very quickly. i think that service management needs to take a more hands on approach. i was told, but should not have been, that service dept. staff turnover/new people was reason!!! Also my service book was not stamped when vehicle delivered to us. on second visit i had to mention this three times to get it done!! i hope you do better in the future. and thanks once again to warren, jim and chris for their attention and support. \ don wilson More
