Warren ordered us exactly what we wanted and was very informative about our Tiguan. He follows up and keeps in touch. We waited 6 months for our car and it was well worth the wait. The gentleman who serviced our car ( I regret I do not remember the name) was also pleasant and professional. The price we were quoted (and got) was lower than quoted by other dealers in town even though the one we ordered was loaded with options. This was a totally good experience. When I turned my car into the service department, everything was so simple. Sherry took care of everything, fully understanding my car's situation. All the technicians looked very professional and hard at work. Above all their tool boxes hung their certifications. Some of those guys would have the equivalent of a PHd in Automotive Maintenance. I never knew how amazing a shop could be. I could sit there all day and watch those guys work, I learned so much just by watching for a couple of minuetes. When the car was done, Sherry called me immediatley. My car was washed, interior cleaned and keys returned with my approval. I would never even think about going to another shop to get my VW worked on. A+++ More
