Overall excellent experience. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie answered all of our questions, and found the car that we wanted. We ended up with a great price on our new Jetta, and we will definitely go back for our next vehicle. We must mention that our two year old daughter was with us and was treated to balloons and toys while we were buying the car. She didn't want to leave! By the time I visited Prime Volkswagon I had been to several other dealers who tried to push me into cars that didn't suit me or payments that I couldn't afford. I was tired and wanted a car. He sat me down, got me a Diet Coke, asked me what I wanted and got it for me. He never pushed, he was never insincere and cared. However, he was so good that he had other customers at the same time so I had to share him. Not such a bad complaint. Thanks to all who made it such a good experience! More

Having Steve sell me a car was a great experience. I was in no rush to buy and spent a few weeks at different dealerships getting information and pricing. I had only made phone calls with Steve and when I pulled in to Prime, he had a car ready for me. It matched what I was looking for in a Jetta, and it matched the price range I was looking for. He made some other suggestions, but when I told him no, he didn't push. It was a very low pressure atmosphere tailored around what I wanted, not what he was trying to sell me or push me in to. Derek and Rich were both very helpful as well. This is my first Jetta from Prime, although I had bought 2 at Clair. I think I'll be going back to Prime once I am ready to trade this one in. This was my first time as a car buyer. I had absolutely no idea how to go about the process, other than I needed to find a reliable car. I knew what I was looking for price wise, and what I was willing to spend and Kyle was very helpful in helping me search within that price range. I named a few car makes that I liked, and he brought me around to see at least two of each kind so I had some options. I was able to drive them, ask questions, and discuss options easily. He was very friendly, and did everything in his power and the companies power to give me what I wanted. They were very helpful when it came to explaining everything I was signing and explaining what everything meant when things went over my head. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, and if I ever need a new car again this is definitely where I will go! More

At that point in the season where Christmas gifts are on the horizon and finance are taxed by the economy; I found m,yself in need of a car. After a few days of shopping; I came in to speak with the dealership about lease options for a VW Jetta. Sign and Drive, right? I was unsure about the option, its fit into my lifestyle, the price and value- who isn't. I drove home with a brand new leased vehicle the same day; and I got to pick the color and model. My "sales" experience was with Steven Wilson, a friendly, personable and concientious vehicle rep. I don't feel I was sold a car, I feel I walked away with my car- a superior & reliable vehicle in my price range that met my lifestyle and needs. Again, Steven was great and cared about my needs- he didn't have to be, but he was. Thank you Prime. More

In searching for a car, I had almost impossible parameters. Meaning that I was looking for a newer used car low miles and low price. Plus I have a thing for VW's and I couldn't lease because of whe parameters. Meaning that I was looking for a newer used car low miles and low price. Stephanie went through all my options as far as buying a used car and although the car for me was not available on the lot, she called and emailed me numerous times regarding cars she found on the lot(s) until she found the right one. She was not pushy to make me buy a car I did not want. I felt very relaxed with the whole staff at Prime. The car that she found had low miles and the price was right for the year. One thing I didnt like about it was the cosmetic flaws on the exterior. Rich and Stephanie both had all the issues that I thought needed to be fixed. After all was said and done, I have never had such a wonderful experience with a car dealer. I would definitely tell anyone to go to Prime for their next vehicle.
