I want to take a moment and recognize the team at Car Pros Volkswagen of San Bernadino. This was my first time here and the team completely lived up to my expectations and beyond. I had seen their ad Pros Volkswagen of San Bernadino. This was my first time here and the team completely lived up to my expectations and beyond. I had seen their ad on Facebook and went by their site, and ended up seeing a lightly used 2020 Toyota Prius Limited. I reached out and Manny got back to me. My finances aren't in the best shape of their life, but Manny and Matthew worked hard on finding a deal that would work for me. They ultimately did get me a good deal that lowered my car payment and got me a barely used vehicle! When I came to test drive I found some cosmetic wear on the car that was rather unsightly, and the team gladly agreed to take care of it if I purchased the vehicle. I gladly accepted. I then moved onto finalizing the paperwork with Rocky, who entertained me with fantastic music and worked up great options for GAP and extended warranties for my highly technical car. He really helped me out well making sure the car is covered for a long time. After a couple days for the cosmetic repairs I took possession of the car last night, and I'm so absolutely happy with it and happy with the service I got from the team. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Thank you SO MUCH, everyone! More
