All dealerships were very stubborn and heavily inflated prices. All except this one, of course. Zhong Ren gave us a great price right from the very start. No arguing required! The process was very smooth and straightforward. It was actually an enjoyable experience compared to the rest. I'm now the proud owner of a 2016 Golf R! 2016 eGolf I just leased a new 2016 eGolf from South Coast VW and I will say that it was a very pleasant experience. Didn't know much about the eGolf at first b I just leased a new 2016 eGolf from South Coast VW and I will say that it was a very pleasant experience. Didn't know much about the eGolf at first but Leo Murata did a great job and explained all the details of the car and of owning an all-electric vehicle. Also test drove a regular gasoline Golf and was surprised how will the eGolf performed. I took a few days to further research the car on my own and when I went back to the South Coast VW Holly Setiadi ended up helping me do the final paperwork, since Leo had not come in yet. Overall very satisfied with the car buying experience at South Coast VW and their staff. Most importantly neither Leo or Holly made me feel pressured to sign the paperwork until I was ready to do so. More

But I was offered a beverage at the beginning of my appointment but then after being 6 hours in I finally got offered again something to drink. I was offered a very good trade in and they took the time to check inventory to find me a car I was interested in. I was very happy to find a car that was to my needs.
