The last car buying experience I had was terrible, it was in Nevada and to be honest I left the dealership as a first time buy at the age of 21 not really even knowing what I got myself into. I am sure a lot of people can relate to an experience like that. So now it is 3 years later and time to renew my lease. Long story short I was mislead on my last agreement and was in a pretty tough spot. My car was 10k miles over its lease, and for some reason I only had a 12 month warranty on my 36month leased vehicle. Marco and Israel went over my lease from the other dealership and explained to me all of the things that was wrong with my initial contract, educated me on how they could help and I already started to feel better. All I can tell you is with their genuine care and help was so appreciated. They got me into the prettiest car and gave me the best deal they could. They figured out a way to take my car in so I didn't have to pay my mileage discrepancy. They were my Valentines. And I will forever buy my cars from Marco Montero. So happy! More
