We test drove the Jetta and Geoff was very helpful and definitely knew everything about the car. A few days later, we met with Holly to finalize a deal for the 2016 Jetta. He was very hospitable and friendly. I felt he genuinely cares about his customers. Anyways, I got to drive home with my first car that same day in about an hour thanks to Holly and Geoff; two great employees. More

There was a little hitch in my not noticing that the car didn't come with keyless entry but that was was quickly remedied with a phone call when they both offered to cover the costs themselves. That was very kind of them and I appreciate it very much. (Note to buyer- on a used car, make sure to ask about things you wouldn't think to check for because you assume it would be included, like keyless entry or alarm system or functional power windows etc) Thanks Holly and Jim!! All the guys at the dealership did not seem pushy or aggressive like most salesmen we ran into at other places which put us at ease. The whole process took rougly 2 hrs or so for us to sign the papers and have the car ready for us to drive off with it.
