Excellent car, price, and overall experience! My father and I went into VW South Coast looking for a GTI. Holly Setiadi quickly met us and went over their inventory, and what they would have coming in. As it happened they had the exact GTI I was looking for coming to them in a matter of weeks. Holly was quick to help us in putting in a deposit while we waited for it to arrive. Holly gave me a call as quickly as possible once it arrived, and we set an appointment to meet the following day. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with some waters and were whisked off to our own private show room, which held my soon-to-be beautiful GTI! After examining the car and pointing out some of the features, Holly aided with completing some of the paperwork. Once it was all done it was off to the finance office- which only took me about 10 minutes! From that point on I have been driving my Golf GTI non-stop! Where to begin. I traveled from Edwards AFB to the Commonwealth Volkswagen (2.5 hour drive) for a reason, Mr. Zhong Ren. As soon as I called and spoke to Mr. Ren I kn I traveled from Edwards AFB to the Commonwealth Volkswagen (2.5 hour drive) for a reason, Mr. Zhong Ren. As soon as I called and spoke to Mr. Ren I knew I wasn't going to have to play games with a car salesman. In my case I was looking for a specific model of Volkswagen, the Tiguan, and knew which one I wanted from his showroom. I found my self letting him know how badly I wanted this car, comfortable knowing he wouldn't take advantage of my excitement. He helped me trade in my car for more than I thought I could have sold it for privately and with the help of a gentleman named Israel, my monthly payments were much lower than what I expected. I can say the 2 and a half hour drive through LA was worth dealing with reasonable and professional staff that put me in an amazing Volkswagen all that same day. The detailing was fast, the financing was easy, and I got an amazing warranty. All in all I'd have to say if i'm still stationed at Edwards by the time it comes to buy another vehicle Commonwealth VW is where I'm gonna go. Thanks you guys My wife and I love our new VW. -T. As a first time buyer I was initially very hesitant and indecisive as to what I wanted in a car however Brett was very helpful in answering any and all questions I had and was very patient as I browsed cars and sought out my options. I was especially appreciative of the fact that I did not feel pressured to buy and was given as much time as I needed to gather all necessary documents to finalize the purchase of the car. I was even offered a lift from my house back to the dealer to continue the process which was very helpful as I did not have a car! Haha. Brett S. showed excellent customer service skills and I was impressed with the efforts made to make sure I was comfortable throughout the (somewhat) long process as I was offered water and hot chocolate and friendly conversation was made which made the process less dull! Overall very pleased with this place and recommend it to anyone! The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed their sense of humor all whilst remaining professional and making sure to make me feel welcome and included.
