A month after buying the vehicle, a 2022 Honda HRV with very low mileage, it needs a significant repair that cannot be completed at my local Honda dealership under the vehicle service contract I purchased. very low mileage, it needs a significant repair that cannot be completed at my local Honda dealership under the vehicle service contract I purchased. The contract covers the repair but I would have to bring the vehicle back to this Volkswagen dealership in order to use the service contract. I was misled when I was offered the service contract and told I could use it at any Honda dealership. It’s disappointing that the car needs this repair so soon after purchase, but even more upsetting that the service contract I paid extra for is not what was represented to me at the time of sale. More
