Excellent servic! 2017 Jetta started surging and then slowing down is 1st and 2nd gear and when I got home there was a smell similar to carbon monoxide. Brought the car in Tuesday and Luis said the mechanic would check it out and let me know. Later in the day he said it was determined that a valve was malfunctioning but it would not be completed until Wednesday. I received a Tiguan loaner which was fine, and picked up my car on Wednesday morning. Since the Jetta is still under warranty there was no charge for anything, even the diagnosis. Very pleased! More
