Efficient and courteous I came in because my TPMS light was on and they told me to come in even without an appointment. I was immediately taken care of, given an estimated ti I came in because my TPMS light was on and they told me to come in even without an appointment. I was immediately taken care of, given an estimated time of 1-1.5 hours and they had it ready after an hour. They even gave the car a wash which was a nice bonus. No charge for adjusting the tire pressure or the car wash. They sent me a text and gave me a call to let me know when the car was ready. I told them was I was on my way and they had the car ready when got back to the dealership. I had my two young kids (3 and 4 yrs old) with me, so I really appreciated not having to wait for the car to be brought down. Servando showed me how to take care of the TPMS light in the future. I asked about package deals and he told me he would get back to me the next day...and he did! Thank you for your efficiency and courtesy. More

Olzi was extremely thorough going through all the different Jetta models and answering my many questions to ensure I got the exact one that fit my needs. From start to finish I felt comfortable with no pressure while making my decision. I absolutely love my new Jetta Sport and feel very safe in it, which was big for me. I love the car play feature as well!! If anyone needs a new car I would definitely recommend Olzi at Fletcher Jones VW!!The best part was at the end Olzi went through all the features in my new car again to ensure I knew how everything worked.
