Brought my 2019 tiguan to get the mirror looked at and fixed. After the buyimg the part from you guys and the part returned from paint I was informed it was the wrong side mirror. I was then informed I would have to pay to get the correct mirror ordered. This is completely unacceptable. Herberto and I looked at the mirror before I ordered the part and I left the car with you guys for a few days. During that time you could have easily realized this buy looking at the service order and sending out to paint. This has now been a almost two week back and forth to the service dept and a waste of my time. I asked to speak with a manager and did not get a chance to speak with anyone. More
