They honored the battery warranty and replaced the under-performing one without charge. The only problem was that they promised to wash my car early in the day so it would have had a chance to dry in under-performing one without charge. That aside, I probably needed the fuel filter they suggested and definitely needed new wiper blades. The myriad flushes - not so much. All in all, I'm a contented customer who will return (hopefully, not soon). More

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service I took my car in to Gold Coast VW and was very surprised by the service I got. I had to get a safety issue fixed and also asked them to replace my win I took my car in to Gold Coast VW and was very surprised by the service I got. Service department VW of Downtown Chi-highly recommended!!! I brought my car in to be serviced due to a recall, my service adviser, Lillian Juarez, was top notch. My car was washed before given back. A week lat I brought my car in to be serviced due to a recall, my service adviser, Lillian Juarez, was top notch. My car was washed before given back. A week later I noticed oil leaking after two oil changes that took place at a neighborhood service shop that almost killed my engine. I proceeded to call Lillian and discussed my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease during the entire process and kept me updated throughout the course of the service. To top it off, they were nice enough to not charge me for work that has been done. I am very satisfied with service and my service adviser, Lillian. Highly recommend this facility, always felt so re-assured and educated on the vehicle. More
