They make me feel as though I am their most important customer - they service my car on the day I need them to and they are efficient and keep me posted regularly on their progress. They provide me with a loaner car, and let me keep it for as long as the service takes. The service technicians are wonderful- they text me 2-3 times a day with updates. I will keep my VW forever just so I can get it serviced at Downtown VW. More

Great Service Team Downtown Chicago VW is a great customer service center. I had to deal with a couple of headaches with my 2018 Atlas, and took my vehicle here. Each of Downtown Chicago VW is a great customer service center. I had to deal with a couple of headaches with my 2018 Atlas, and took my vehicle here. Each of the associates I worked with (most recently Miguel) have been very easy to work with. Also Bill Dolan, the service manager has done an excellent job of re-establishing trust with us after a couple of early breakdowns with this new model. I feel Bill and his team have treated us fairly, and really do work hard to maintain great customer relationships. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
