They are honest and won't waste your time. You never worry about them ripping you off and in fact, they do the little things gratis which is greatly appreciated. 40,000 mile maintenance. Very efficient service all the way with the exception of pick up at end of service. I was told that if I texted 10 minutes prior to arrival, the car Very efficient service all the way with the exception of pick up at end of service. I was told that if I texted 10 minutes prior to arrival, the car would be waiting for me. That was not what I experienced. When I arrived (exactly 10 minutes after texting) (and fully paid prior on-line), the service rep called the car claim check number at that moment for the first time, and I had to wait 15 minutes. That was disappointing. When I mentioned that I had texted to avoid the wait, he said the car was "staged" nearby. Then why would it still take 15 minutes?? Ruined an otherwise perfect experience. But I still think you do a great job and will certainly always be your customer. More

Robert is Awesome!!
