I dont want to recommend this center I don't recommend this service center. I visited for fixing my car in this service center and Adam, receptionist. I waited his call for 2 hours after I don't recommend this service center. I visited for fixing my car in this service center and Adam, receptionist. I waited his call for 2 hours after leaving my car, but he did not give me call, so I back to the center. But, they did not start with fixing my car. At that time, he said that they need more time to fix it. And then, when they gave me my car, Adam disappeared without any explain for 1 hour. So, his colleague helped me. When he came back, he did not give me any explain. This is very terrible experience. I do not recommend to work with Adam. More

Great! I'm going to guess that it's more expensive to have my car serviced here than it would be at an individual garage, but in this case, I think it's wort I'm going to guess that it's more expensive to have my car serviced here than it would be at an individual garage, but in this case, I think it's worth it. I bought my car from them (before it changed names) and have been bringing it here to be serviced since then. I have had to have it serviced elsewhere twice in that time and both of those experiences were terrible compared to how I'm treated at Downtown. They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to explain all the services I am doing, services that are available, and how to work with my pay and work schedule if I can't do everything that needs to be done at once. They are always helping me find the best deals, finding coupons etc. I'm not naive enough to think that it's done corporately from a charitable standpoint, but the people who work there are always wonderful. That's what keeps me coming back to this particular dealership: the wonderful people who work there. More
