I am very pleased with the overall service at VW of Duluth. 2 things: 1. They did not tell me I would be charged for the tire rotation and the filter. I was surprised to get a bill, as I brough Duluth. 2 things: 1. They did not tell me I would be charged for the tire rotation and the filter. I was surprised to get a bill, as I brought it in for an oil change and an 18 month warranty check. I would expect to be informed of things that I will be charged for ahead of time on my next visit. 2. I am very frustrated that the navigation issue on my 2022 Tiguan has not been fixed. I have had it in a few times, with no luck to fix it. It appears that it is a VW problem, not necessarily a dealer problem. Frustrating to pay for a feature on a new car when it doesn't work as expected. Overall, the service people at VW are friendly and helpful! More
