Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! ! I needed a warranty repair and an oil change and he kept me informed of their progress the whole time, and got me on my way in good time so I could ! Great dealership, Tyler was good to work with (per my wife, Jennifer). However, the main reason we brought it in (the headlight cornering error light) to a VW service location was not fixed and immediate wife, Jennifer). However, the main reason we brought it in (the headlight cornering error light) to a VW service location was not fixed and immediately came on again after we left the dealership. We were sent a video that the warning light was not coming on, but within 2 blocks of the dealership the light came back on. IF you can take care of this at no charge, we'd be happy to rate the service as a 5. More
