This was my first experience at VW of Eau Claire and it was truly amazing. Great communication as the check was being done. Pleasant efficient staff. Great having a shuttle to drop me off at home and pick me up when service finished. Great communication with driver. I think taking 2. 5 hours to complete the trade-in and paperwork is a bit much.
