I arrived impromptu due to an engine error en route from St. Paul to Milwaukee (where I live) and during a winter blizzard advisory no-less, and was I arrived impromptu due to an engine error en route from St. Paul to Milwaukee (where I live) and during a winter blizzard advisory no-less, and was visibly shaken, as I was traveling solo and unfamiliar with the area. Loren was able to squeeze me in right away and kept me informed throughout the process. He was gentle with his inquiries and really calmed my nerves. After 1.5hrs of service, they were able to get me back on the road and safely back to Milwaukee where my car was taken directly to my trusty mechanic. If you have to have engine trouble amidst a backdrop of a winter blizzard, this is definitely the place you want to land. Super grateful! More
