Over 6 thousand dollars in repairs in less than 2 months of ownership....RUN from this dealership!!!! My experience was a disaster and because of many misrepresentations made, I have been consulting with a of ownership....RUN from this dealership!!!! My experience was a disaster and because of many misrepresentations made, I have been consulting with an attorney. Every interaction, from the GM, Sales Mgr, and dealers... exemplified why society distrusts used car dealers (shop elsewhere). We took the car back for repair when it started making bizarre noises, around 30 days after purchase. The service department lied about repairs, and the vehicle's condition sending us on our way in a car not safe for use. In the end, the General manager continues to stand by the Lèmon and actually blamed me for trusting their lies. More

I really didn’t think I would ever be able to finance a car .53 years old and one week before I got denied for a kohls card but then this sales woman from vw of Fairfield called me out of nowhere and said car .53 years old and one week before I got denied for a kohls card but then this sales woman from vw of Fairfield called me out of nowhere and said she wanted to earn my business . Now oddly enough when I was younger back when I was 21 I worked for a dealership on BMWs in Volkswagen and Audi In Santa Rosa they never financed the car in my life or even was on the other end of sale but I do know what makes a good sales person. She carried with her all the values and professionalism that anybody would ask For 4 she she went above and beyond to sell me a car. When you walk in the dealership you can feel atmosphere is just like being at home. That’s why I go back there again and again and again, and I will spread the word about the dealership and the people that work there, thank you as long as I drive this car we are connected and I’m reminded of what a great experience it was.
