No hassle buying was relaxing. Torres was very nice and respectful. Jon was great. Car battery failed a day after we bought and Jon was very willing to fix the problem. My only remark is that they are a bit too ambitious with their 1-hr walk-out-the-door policy for all the t Glad they opened up a VW location in FF. My only remark is that they are a bit too ambitious with their 1-hr walk-out-the-door policy for all the things that would have to happen in that hour to close a lease. Even after I settled on the car and terms, this was way off. Why promise something like this? But otherwise, everything else was a pleasant experience. More
