Very Happy with my first New VW of Fairfield Service experience. Service Team was there to answer all questions I had (in person and via text). Tech who serviced my vehicle and recorded a video detailin experience. Service Team was there to answer all questions I had (in person and via text). Mike was great. Patient. Knowledgeable without making stuff up that he didn’t know about. When we didn’t originally make our purchase at FVW, Mike didn’t make it Patient. After a week he followed up with us and his timing was good since our first purchase didn’t work out and we were glad to follow through again with Mike for our final purchase. I would say that his non aggressive attitude made such a difference to us in our final decision to purchase. More
