This should have been an easy, positive car‑buying experience. Marvin, the sales manager, was excellent—professional, honest, and great to work with. Jazmin was friendly (though very sales‑forward), and Matthew in finance was efficient and professional. Unfortunately, the experience was soured by an interaction with the general manager. I brought a valid bank‑issued blank check loan, which they refused to accept, insisting on running financing through the dealership instead, even though it was still through my bank. The explanation was unclear, and when I mentioned it would have saved me about $300 due to GAP pricing, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s disappointing that this interaction overshadowed an otherwise solid team. Respectful communication and clear explanations matter in a major financial decision. More

Fallston Volkswagen and its service department have consistently provided top-shelf service whenever I bring my car. Earlier this week, and with no scheduled appointment, I stopped in to inquire if the consistently provided top-shelf service whenever I bring my car. Earlier this week, and with no scheduled appointment, I stopped in to inquire if they could check my battery as the vehicle was becoming slow to start. Service Mgr Mike Miller immediately drafted a service ticket/order and had it examimed by a technician. It was learned a new battery was needed and installed. Quick, professional and extremely accomodating. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks to Mike and the entire service team at VW of Fallston. More
