When had been getting the Beetle serviced at Cook for the last six years and completely satisfied with the service team as well as VW. Salesman Robert Dawson was very responsive to my initial inquiry and a pleasure to do business with. I am a tough cookie when it comes to negotiating and making big purchases. And I must say, the Cook team was patient, fair and on top of it!! Mr. Dawson was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I purchased the car as a surprise and the Cook team made it a special moment by presenting her with the car wrapped in a pretty pink bow. ROYAL CARPET TREATMENT! I was referred to Teena Cardoni by a friend and I am so glad I made the call to her! After going to several other dealerships and being told I needed I was referred to Teena Cardoni by a friend and I am so glad I made the call to her! After going to several other dealerships and being told I needed a cosigner and more money down, I was highly discouraged. When I called Teena, she immediately made me feel like I was talking to someone I had known all my life. She was warm, welcoming and compassionate to my needs. Due to my work schedule I was forced to cancel and reschedule several times. I fully expected Teena to ignore me but she continued to call and text me, encouraging me to give her the opportunity to make me happy. When I went to the dealership it was like the royal carpet was rolled out for me! I was greeted by an employee who took me straight to Teena, who welcomed me like an old friend. I instantly felt comfortable! Teena took the time to let me look at and drive several vehicles. She provided me with options and didn't pressure me or try to push me into anything. She allowed me time to take the vehicle to show my parents and when I returned, I purchased the car! From my first phone call, through many text messages and emails, right down to signing the contract, I was treated better than I can ever remember being treated. My daddy always referred to me as "Princess" and I have to say, this whole experience made me feel like royalty!
