Thanks for your response. I have a tire warranty, so there should not have been any costs, regardless of where the tire came from. I clearly understand, and I appreciate the fact that Matt went the extra mile after talking to me about my concerns with driving back to Jacksonville, and then again to Gainesville. I am writing today to give my feedback my experience I had with Matt once the new tire was replaced. Matt was professional and showed concern about my experience two days before. He assured me that he would look into the customer service experience I had. I was pleased with our conversation and the fact that he took the time to listen to me.
