He took his time to present options, sound tradeoffs and availed himself even on late Sunday afternoons to help us. All with no pushy sales tactics, all in a very transparent and honest manner. He took the time and provided us all relevant aspects for the VW Tiguan 2017 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition we were considering and when we met in a matter of a couple of hours we drove home with our new VW. He took care of the lease car we were returning and even availed himself the next day for followup questions. I drove out to meet him & he was there ready to work with me - he quickly understood what I was looking, Although he didn't have the car on his lot he went out of the way to ensure he would find the car. He did it! Due to a planned vacation I also appreciated the fact I was able to communicate with him via email - he was able to get everything done and had the car ready for pickup when I returned home.
