Gets one star cause the Tiguan I got for my daughter is pretty nice and she loves the car. Salespeople are OK, I'd expect that. They are trying to sell a car so of course they are nice. Finance and service......Lets just say if their lips are moving its probably not true. I spent $10,000 for all the extras my daughter wanted. She wanted the leather protection and paint protection as well as the extended service contract and GAP insurance. Since we got the car my daughter has repeatedly tried to get paint scratches fixed which is supposed to be covered by the paint protection I paid for. Service department keeps giving her the run around. She has tried to get leather work done which was supposed to be covered by the leather protection I paid for. Can't get them to do that either. There is an open recall item we have been trying to get fixed since December. We keep getting excuses of the slow boat from Germany variety We are looking to sell the car and get her in another newer car. So I've tried twice to cancel the service contract and gap insurance so I can get that knocked off the loan. Both times I was told it was cancelled. It was not cancelled either time. I called the number they gave me to check on it. The service contract people don't even have a record of me ever having a service contract! As it stands right now she wants another newer Tiguan but there is no way I will even consider another Volkswagen due to the service department and the finance department. More
Bought my first VW at Lees Summit VW and had a pleasant experience. Parker, who was my sales person, along with the managers were all very nice and professional. Nick was great but skipped over key features that we defiantly wanted but do not have like blind spot sensors and rear tailgate remote lift. Didn’t realize these weren’t standard features. We have got two cars through Kayla. She is freaking wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Helped us get a loan even when our credit was less than subpar. I barley ever get anyone, mostly VMs which would not be an issue but only 2 people have got back to me, except Kayla who I can almost always get a hold of. More
I was asked to write a review from the dealership for a car I bought but have not seen and do not have. I was told that someone named Crystal would be in touch with updates on when my car would arrive. The car I bought but have not seen and do not have. I was told that someone named Crystal would be in touch with updates on when my car would arrive. The only time I heard from Crystal was when she asked me to write a review. I purchased a car , was told by the manager that the car was in Knoxville and would arrive in a week. Then he said two weeks. When we reached out to our sales person we were told it was in ‘port’ and would arrive in 7-10 days. I drove through the lot, saw several Atlases in stock. Asked my sales person about the status, told my car wasn’t there and it would be another 7-10 days. Asked for confirmation of where it was and was sent a generic email saying ‘in port’ with no ETA listed. How can I be told 7-10 days if no ETA is listed?? Meanwhile, my car is listed for sale on the website with the description ‘in transit’. I am currently seeking legal options to cancel the sale due to false advertising and a bait and switch tactic. If you are looking for a car, do NOT shop here. More
