Debacle. Car wasn’t CPO as plate said on the back of the car. 6.5 hours of waiting on tire swap and completion. I ordered a hood decal from dealer and was ins Car wasn’t CPO as plate said on the back of the car. 6.5 hours of waiting on tire swap and completion. I ordered a hood decal from dealer and was instructed of a time to come and have it put on only to find 2 hours and 45 minutes later that it sat in a box in my back seat because they couldn’t apply it. Now I will have to spend more time and money to hunt down someone that can. More

Kareem did a good job handling 3 to 4 customers at a time including us while not making us feel as though we were forgotten. He is a busy man selling more cars than the others but will still make time to mak including us while not making us feel as though we were forgotten.
