Unhappy customer I recently purchased a car from Marietta Volkswagen. I wished I could have read the reviews on-line regarding people experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a car from Marietta Volkswagen. I wished I could have read the reviews on-line regarding people experience with this dealership. Everything negative that I read on the reviews are exactly what I experienced. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. I will have my brand new car serviced at Jim Ellis on Barrett Parkway. Be aware, when you fill out your contract you will received multiply calls letting you know that they forgot to have you fill out something. Be prepared to go back to the dealership 3 and 4 times. I would say this is the worst experience I have had when buying a car. More

Used Car Engine Failure after One Year We purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership about one year ago with only 50K miles and already had a major engine failure and the en We purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership about one year ago with only 50K miles and already had a major engine failure and the entire engine is going to have to be replaced. I understand this may be a Hyundai issue and I purchased from a Volkswagen dealership, but I would be wary of purchasing any used vehicles from this dealership, ESPECIALLY anything that is not a Volkswagen. I am a military member and was basically told they will have no part in assisting me with a major failure on the vehicle they sold me. Now I am going to be jumping through hoops to repair a bad vehicle sold to me by this dealership. More

Flexible and honest I had a 9:30am appt. for regular 150,000 mi service and to diagnose why my car was cranking slowly. That morning, my car wouldn’t start! Completely de I had a 9:30am appt. for regular 150,000 mi service and to diagnose why my car was cranking slowly. That morning, my car wouldn’t start! Completely dead, no lights. I called Robert, my advisor, and he offered the number to a local towing company, but I declined because we have AAA. He introduced himself once I arrived and assured me that they will figure everything out. Later on that afternoon, Robert called me to inform me that the positive battery cord was corroded (hence why it wouldn’t start) and he highly recommended replacing the serpentine belt and AC belt (worn and cracked). I went ahead and did so because this is a 2006 car with 150k miles on it. Robert was honest and told me that the car would need to be kept because of the work that needed to be done. He said about Friday at 5pm, but it was ready by 2pm (I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon). I’m very happy that my car runs well and I appreciate the honestly I received. More
