Best Experience at a dealership ever. I went to Day Apollo V, with the view to look at a specific vehicle... Mitsubishi outlander sports section (2014). I was immediately impressed by the different approach they took. I wasn't asked to filled out any forms or to provide any identifying info. I talked briefly with James F., then he grabbed the keys for the vehicle. He asked for my ID and then we were off on the road for a test drive. Simple and straight forward. At other dealerships, they want you to find out a bunch of paperwork. When I ask why, they'll tell me..o that's how we do it to get you good financing offers. By the time you realize it, you have signed for a loan without knowing it. At Day Apollo V, no paperwork until you completely made up your mind. They put zero pressure on me wow. I signed for my outlander sports section on July 16th and picked it up a couple of days later. I love the car. My wife did informed me yesterday that she had a funny noise from the brakes, so I would have to take it to the dealership to check it out soon. So James F, and Alexa S-W, expect me there soon.
