I'm not one to leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary. I've brought a lot of cars over the years been to a lot of dealerships. Some very high-end. My son wanted a GTI Golf so we went to Volkswagen of murrietta I was referred to Leeann Webb. The service that we received was way beyond anything I could have expected. I think she stated it best when she said. I'm here to help you, then proved it. My son was looking for a car payment he was comfortable with. At one point my son apologized for having her go back and forth so many times and I won't forget what she said. It's my job to help you. She'd not only said it, she did it. I will definitely refer and recommend her to anybody who's looking for a car. Even after the sale was made, we had a problem with one of the keys. She went completely out of her way to try to take care of it, knowing that we were coming from some distance away. We had to reset it all and went ahead and drove it in. Because she couldn't take care of it from her end. The going and above and beyond after the sale is made, it doesn't just make you feel like another number or the saleperson is trying to get their commission. We had never purchased a Volkswagen before and were curious to see what they had to offer. Our sales person stayed by our side, every step of the way, guiding us and into which vehicle truly met our needs. The service department followed up once we purchased our vehicle by making sure we knew how to operate our vehicle and felt comfortable at all times. This team of people have literally been there since minute one with every single question we have had and continue to do so. We will be back in a few months when our daughter graduates college to purchase another vehicle from them. More
