Outstanding experience and customer service I purchased a CPO from Volkswagen of Murrieta and had a wonderful experience dealing with Joe, John, and Luis. My client advisor, Joe Meenan, set me I purchased a CPO from Volkswagen of Murrieta and had a wonderful experience dealing with Joe, John, and Luis. My client advisor, Joe Meenan, set me up for a test drive and took his time in explaining the features of the car I was interested in which is the Jetta Hybrid. I've never owned a hybrid vehicle before and came out of the dealership a lot more knowledge of the hybrid technology and what to expect. I came to sign the papers and pick up the car less than an hour before their closing the following day due to my work schedule; and the team stayed extra late to cater to my needs and ensured that I took the vehicle home that same night. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. Two thumbs up for the VW staff at Murrieta. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More

It started with searching the internet which they have a really detailed website, car details, and multiple pictures of each vehicle. From there we got pre approved online right from the website. Got a call from LeeAnn who immediately took care of us. Got us in for test drives and looking at various vehicles. We were able to get into the Passat we liked and had a quick and easy experience through the finance department. Very pleased with the level of customer service provided throughout the experience. I personally have worked with LeeAnn, Scott, John and Lauren. They are all so kind and a pleasure to work with. However, LeeAnn is the BEST! She’s so kind, generous and helpful. She made me feel at ease when I would get overwhelmed and confident that I was making the right decision. I highly recommend VW of Murrieta. They truly treat you like family and make you feel like you’re in good hands. I know the car buying experience can be long and annoying, but they make it more fun, less stressful and I actually look forward to seeing them. Another thing that I love is that they are all FAR from pushy, like most sales people! They’re also VERY patient and never make you feel like they’re sick of you or annoyed with any questions or concerns you may have. They know what they’re doing and know how to retain their clients. I got phone calls to schedule next visits, which were helpful, but not really necessary, since I was already in touch with them via text message. Overall the process took longer than I expected, but this was probably due to the tons of questions we had and their patience in answering them. Happy with the car as the result. More
