P.S. Part of being a Manager, is the ability to be responsible for not just sales numbers. If a vehicle is clearly unsafe for driving, it should not be sold by your dealership. At the very least a simple acknowledgement from you that safety trumps everything else, would have been the right thing to do. DO BETTER!
